This is a nice idea, but for me the whole appeal of squad-based games is customization and strategy. If you could select your squad members or alter formations this would have a lot more longevity.
Lost 50k worth of inventory after spending too much on a tailor shop that never appeared because I bought it with gold instead of tokens. This must be a great game for people with nothing better to spend their money on.
One of my favorite aspects of EBF3 was the random item effects for fully upgraded equipment (mammoth, airstrike, lightning, etc). Any chance of implementing the upgrade system?
Nothing too original here, and way overboard on the opening credits. The hardest part of the game was not accidentally clicking on an ad while playing. 2/5
I really like the game mechanics, but the interface is really lacking. The mouse-overs for the cards get very annoying, especially when you're on a timer. Also, a bug report: my level doesn't display properly: I'm at lvl 4, but the duels show me at lvl 3, and the post-match recap shows "77-23/77" as my xp
I love the mechanics of this game. If you make a sequel, perhaps allow characters to switch out mid-battle (unless that's implemented and I just missed it...) 5/5
Fantastic game, simple concept. I'd love to see additional upgrades a la Boxhead: eventually eliminate the speed penalty for minigun, Higher damage for pistols, increased fire rate for assault rifle, etc. The upgrades are nice, but it would be great to have something more to look forward to besides more ammo.
Repetitive music, amateurish art, trite story, and gameplay that detracted from the overall experience. 2/5, solid work for a beginner, but how did this get a badge?
Love the game, but 2 possible adjustments: 1 Locusts are wayyy overpowered. Clicking between 2 levels will wipe out all the workers on both, so spamming the spell makes even survival mode too easy. Also, I encountered a possible bug where achievements earned in survival mode can't be spent on new spells.
Great game 5/5
