And another thing, what is with the aiming in this game. I noticed it when trying 2 and 1 (don't remember it in 3). Why if you aim cursor is dead on the center of an enemies head, does all the bullets miss and arc over their head?
Series still as bad as ever. Gameplay still as boring as in the others. Don't remember if this was in the others but it sucked nonetheless. Having it so you only have 2 weapon slots and you have to pick up a weapon on the floor to replace it is crud. And then you only give an icon, no name or anything to decide if you want to switch it or not. lame. Graphics were better than the last, but it lagged pretty horribly on my laptop. 3/5, and that's generous.
Horrible. Yet to play a proper good game in this series. Thing-Thing 1-3 and arena played so far. Thing-Thing 3 was ok....just. Aiming and bullet detection broken in this one also. in the lift part shooting anywhere other than from above misses.
1/5.
Really bad game. I've played arena and thing-thing 3 which I didn't like either. But in this one, the aiming is so broken it's weird, it seems random if a) your bullet hits anything and b) which enemy it hits.
Jump meter thing is annoying and seemed to break at times where i would have some bar but I wouldn't be able to jump and therefore fall down a hole.
And to top it off it's not fun, it's boring. 2/5.
Great game, the old style worked well. I think you could have done better with this just by giving it a name that people would be intrigued by. The story was great, and your style of humour really kept me entertained throughout. Thought I had figured out the reaction system while I was fighting the dragons and the dragon boss, but then after that everytime I tried nothing happened or I got a loud bleep. I only tried defensively, didn't realise there was offensive reactions also. Hopefully I'll get a grasp of it in the next chapter. 4/5.
Flash multiplayers are always something to try, as they are pretty rare and can be pretty fun. This was ok, but nothing more. The multiplayer aspect helps, but it's not overly fun or interesting. I'll try the sequel and hopefully that's a bit more interesting. 3/5.
Awesome game. Big surprise. Love the art style, love the gore, was great fun while being short enough to stay interesting. Not too hard to be frustrating either.
Nice one. 5/5.
Boring. GemCraft creator has basically made a clone of his earlier game. Only difference is that in this one you can shoot a bit yourself. All the menus, the levelling system is the same as GemCraft, the enemies in this are dull and look the same. Bleh.
Didn't enjoy it... 3/5.
Great game, didn't expect to like it after the first couple rounds but I did. The mouse control is good but with so much movement it's very easy to go off the edge of the screen and accidentally let a ton of guys through. Also sometimes the specials don't go off even though I had mana. Good game, guess I'll check out the game this is a prequel to. 4/5.
