Clever game, but if I played it much longer I'd bet it would drive me nuts. Got the easy + medium for now, and I expect I'll come back to finish the normal levels sometime. 3/5.
Awesome art. Was a very challenging spot the difference, game and I loved the moving animations in each shot, as well as the slightly hidden numbers of differences yet to spot in each shot.
While only being a simple spot the difference game, I liked it, and it's definately the best I've played.
4/5.
Very nice game. Well polished, and although there's not a whole lot to it, it has huge replay ability. I expect I'll be coming back to this a lot! 4/5.
Fun game. Although quite repetetive I enjoyed it :) Something about firing hundreds of cannon balls I guess. Even with good upgrades last level was hard!! 4/5.
Got all the badges. During the career mode it was pretty fun, bar the need to money grind several times each round before moving on. The AI in that while noticeable bad, didn't really affect the bot vs bot gameplay too bad. Then i got onto the challenges....challenge 4 is the biggest hunk of absolute *£*&!*(^£(^(!!*!"** ever. It highlights the godawful AI and is so infuriating that it makes you hate the game with such a burning venomous disgust that you don't remember any of what you might have liked before. Way to go turning away most that might have actually liked this game when they began playing in just career mode. It's ok to make things difficult, especially when there's the ability to just retry, but not to make it hard because of broken AI/game mechanics. I would have given this a 4/5, but I will now give a 3 because of the challenges. And that's generous...after the horribleness you endure in finishing them.
Pretty good :) Harder than the first one. Think I enjoyed the first one more as it was slightly easier and I didn't particularly like the new bloons, or the changes to the defences (boomerang monkey?). Still a great game and I enjoyed playing it! 4/5.
Those whining that a level starts and they just die...that's what the map is for. The start of a level is the most fun, BAM 15 enemies appear and you have to may a very fast decision using the map of which direction to bolt for. Also very nice for having a continue button. If this was a die and start from level 1 game then it would be VERY annoying. But it isn't so it's fun :D
Surprised this has such a low score. Only downside for me was that it was a bit laggy at times. But while fighting and racing through space with 20 enemies right on your ass felt really fun and even slightly epic. The graphics while actually simple to create in flash really worked very well. With a better computer and no lag I would even try hard mode. Great game, hope to see more from you. 4/5.
After I started playing, I didn't think it wuld be any good. But now 3 hours later I just captured the whole world. It's still a good game despite kinda bad fighting mechanics, bad graphics, and minimal sound effects. Weird. My hero at the end was hitting for 2k damage but only had 50 hp :) (death effect FTW).
Another issue was the progression of difficulty. I started on one of the islands on the far right and it seems I finished the harder levels first. I got my best soldier and my best weapon after capturing only a third of the towns. Then all the ones after that were considerably weaker in terms of their drops, their shop weapons and their actual fighters. (I was a ninja). Still, I enjoyed it, and hope there's another one, where maybe everything is a bit more polished. 4/5.
Not bad, not great. An ok puzzle game, glitches included. Some light challenges in there, but nothing too hard to frustrate the player. Without the hint on level 21 (don't know if it's always been there or added after) that one would have been annoying.
A slightly more polished sequel could be good if small improvements are made. 3/5.
Surprised this has such a low rating. It's not an amazing game but it's alright. First time I played I got to level 14 and died, and then because of ammo loss I had no chance of beating it. Tried again and conserved money and I did it easy. It's got pretty good graphics, and other than headshot targetting being a bit messy it works pretty good. Good defence game which encourages weapon switching constantly. 3/5.
Just as good as the second one, it looked nicer, and the story stuff about colors and their meanings was kinda interesting. However, in this one I didn't have the willpower to get through the whole thing without help, don't know if that's a change in me or the game. First one, I refused to look for guides and did it myself even though some levels took me up to a half hour of brain frying frustration. But this one, got stuck and I couldn't be bothered to put myself through that again. 4/5.
Guess it's only supposed to be a mini game and thats all it is. Kinda fun for a minute or so, but I assume there's no end to it?? So it's just competing for score.
2/5.
Much much better than part one. The battle gameplay still needs some work as it's still not exactly very fun. Also adding in necessary grinding won't do you any favours for short games like this. If you want to extend the gameplay, do it by other means, like optional side quests and stuff.
Last boss was quite a challenge, but as soon as I levelled up once more he was cake. Story is still pretty uninteresting, but enough that I will play the next one. Not bad, it's definately getting there and the improvements you made helped a lot. 3/5.
Not too great...nothing in it stands out, it's all pretty mediocre. But it was ok (and short, thankfully), and it definately has promise. Feeling generous, maybe you'll improve in the next chapter so 3/5.
This is the first Thing-Thing 'Arena' game I've played...but exactly how is it any different from the normal Thing-Thing games except there is no story attached. It's still random enemies coming from all sides with your main chance of survival is a health drop. The only good thing I can see is that there is huge weapon choice, yet it doesn't even switch weapons when you run out of ammo with one. You list lots of different modes but there just single enemy versions + theres an 'all ' enemy version. Seems like a cheap copy of the stuff you've already done to get a new game out where nothings really changed. I might be wrong, but I didn't see anything new except maybe 1 or 2 enemy models and a few new weapons perhaps. Didn't like it. 2/5.
