Spoiler: For the door code... The blood on the dates after you lined up the puzzle corresponds to the 1pm, 8pm, 4pm, and 9pm. Match the symbols when the clock hits those time and you'll get the door open. Or just change the 2nd one to lightning and the 4th one to snake then leave the 1st and 3rd one. Hope this helps.
