This is the kind of game that has simple graphics and simple gameplay, but that you'll still play years later, because you never really get bored. Well done ;)
It's annoying that cars turned red with rampage bonus don't flash before turning purple again. I've been thrown in road borders several time trying to smash a red car that turned purple again at this moment...
Anyway, very nice game. And i usually don't like racing games :)
Some rpg elements, like a way to improve your health, would fit well with this game. With all the bugs you fight, there's surely a way to gain experience...
I had a weird glitch : i scared someone to suicide and, instead of jumping in a window, he jumped into a table!
By the way, if you don't want to kill anyone, try to scare them more on the first floor than others; on the others, they may jump into a window, in this one, they won't, they'll get out instead. I just got rank S by doing this :3
By the way, why is the ghost still surprised while nobody is behind him?
I like the way the ball make a tone each time it touch something, except when it get stuck between a block and the edge of the screen (in "Fury of the block" level, for exemple), it produce in horrible noise that way... Very nice game however!
Gen's special attack does change your beast, but it doesn't seem to change your perk. He changed my Beelzebub into a Behemoth and i was still summoning minions when hit...

Sorry, i forgot something in my last comment, so il'll re-explain how to heal.
When you go to a town, you're fully healed, but you need to fight to "update" your health. But, if you flee against an encounter (no matter if it's buccaneers or enforcers), you'll health will stay at it's old state, wether you succeed in fleeing or not, and you'll have to reach another town to heal.
That's why enemies sometimes kill you in one shot if you flee...
