i hear ya, lvl 9 is long as hell....here was my tactic: first, take out on of the turrets and consolidate your starting island. once you have your island under control try and grab an extra refinery + move your warships to the center. Pump out tanks/turrets/heavy warships/missile launchers and 2 hrs later youve done it.....
How to beat the hard levels: when you get the arch angel start pumping out cannons + white wizards. The white wizards will constantly heal the angel and the cannons will protect the white wizards from all incoming troops. It takes awhile but it works!
interesting.....did not get the easy badge but completed the game.....
