Fix the work button. Above a certain frequency it stops recognizing my clicks. This site is loaded with clicker games and almost none of them have this problem.
Feeling very nostalgic now, in that nostalgia literally means "the pain from an old wound" and I have few memories of the NES as painful as swimming sections involving electrical seaweed.
A heart is the universal symbol for lives, not hints. Didn't figure that out until I'd lost. The control scheme could use a little work, especially when it flips the entire board over. This would work better with spheres instead of cubes; that way, each one could keep its number facing the player as the board spins. The transparency effect is exactly the opposite of what it should be; if I focus my mouse on a blank spot, I want to see what other numbers are in its field of influence, not the ones that aren't. Also, you have created two poor color schemes, and one scheme that is the most annoying thing ever. Objects should contrast with the background, not hide in it. 2/5.
That was a lot of fun. The time limit is part of the challenge; keep it. However, you really need to add either a working submit score page, including (drum roll...) a button that takes you back to the menu screen.
Seen it before, don't remember there being a giant link button on upper left within the field of fire. Also, just throwing it out there: this paranoia wasn't funny in the eighties either. 1/5.
