bring the pain, not the gain! Painbringer for communist party, offering slaughter of the bourgeois capitalist pigs to all who present an opportunity!
seriously painbringer's a bit OP
I3 has proved excellent for achievement scaling.
I just used the Energy Shrine 4 times, with increasing Mana Drain gems to get to a final purchase of Lvl 9 Mana Drain Gem, plus the level seven mana drain bomb I needed to take care of the leftovers from when I pulled eleven or so simultaneous waves to maximize the shrine's effect. Total of 21 achievements at once-mana Theft, Robbery, and Heist (mana steal from one shrine blast:180, 1,800, and 18,000 respectively); Restless (call 15 early waves), Double Strike(same shrine twice), Resourceful and Mana Lake, (Mana Pool Level 5&10), Crowded(100 enemies on screen), Mana Mogul, Adept Grade(lvl 8 gem), From Above(27 monsters killed by bombs/wasps), Carnage(300 killstreak),Pointed Pain(50 stings), Blackout(Destroy beacon), Impaling Charges(250 1hit kills), Enemy of the Swarm (333 swarmling kills), Earthquake(4 shrine), Path of Blood (1000 kills), Powerful (craft 1 gem w/300 raw damage), Battle Heat, and Knee Deep (30 waves :}
I just wish there was a path for a true neutral mage to be Great Mage. I didn't want to be The Legend, I wanted to laugh at the dying White and Black Robes and then kill off the remaining ones without having to bother fighting all the weaklings.
Could you please add short-selling to the stock market? I feel it would make the stock market a more balanced game element, as the stock market tends to be many times slower than building. Also I just want to be able to get that stock market achievement faster.
when you meet bone walls: DON'T KILL THE LAST ONE THAT POPS UP! Chaos anything that's behind the wall, ice or fire anything in front. Do not kill the last one. you can stock up hundreds of chaos bolts using the highest tier Chaos arcanum with spam set off, and heal with Ice Angel; unfortunately, Dragon's Fire autocasts it's attacks, so that cannot be stocked the same way Chaos Trance can be. A similar technique can be used by leaving one Skeleton Archer, Goblin Bomber, or Goblin Rock Thrower alive, and carefully burning down all their projectiles.
Zombies won't attack barrels. On the Thin Line map, you can take care of all but one of the first wave, set up layers of barrels to prevent surprise attacks; if object detection is off, alternate between going diagonally up and diagonally down to slide through zombies until reach a good point from which to take out your shotgun and Rambo em. Else just destroy the outer layer of barrels and Rocket/shotgun them from vantage point. Mine layers also useful, as you could for instance st up barrels in a design such that only one zombie can pass through, and they will have to be pushed through the path by other zombies (block off another layer between this path and yourself tho or this will fail) and put a patch of mines at the exit, so that the zombie, upon being pushed through the barrels by a mass of its kin, will obliterate that entire mass. Anyways, really just play it safe and don't rush it, though unlocking Infinite Range Uzi is vital for certain ploys.
update: beat Endem (saw the name and had to target it last) with 666 remaining light scrolls in my inventory (didn't use any items on Endem raid after all), 210% hit chance and 230% crit chance, 200 dex and int, 100 crossbow and knife, a Mysterious Knife of Death equipped with an Elite Crossbow, a Breaking Samurai mask, and a plain Black Samurai armor. 221 HP, 0 Dodge 0 Defense (without mysterious. . .of death equipped it would be 91% dodge fyi), damage of 60-1160, and as I said 210 hit 230 crit.
Difficult curve not present in game. All problems can be solved by tossing more and better units at them.
my army is now about 40 units large, maybe bigger, all max tier Empire units (except for two max tier Eastern units), I have conquered the entire Empire and all of the Eastern strongholds except Nagoya, seriously I could probably just throw money at all my problems at this point. I got .18M gold anyways. It's literally impossible to use up all of that without wasting more time than it would take to win the game.
That's not how the puzzle works for Plus. Unlike Squared the X's must apply to all colours or else the whole logic system would break.
