Maybe if you deleted the pointed path, then we would have extra challenge,since we don't really know where we are headed.. (lots of dead-end frustration (: )
First of all, great concept. Love the sarcastic way to earn money. The game is good, but it still has some glitches. (mainly the freezing elevator/moneycount etc) That apart, I think you could have a set of different "views" to actually see which worker is unhappy, instead of going desk-per-desk seeing how they're doing. Also both the firepole and the skyhook are useless, except for the fact that they get happier riding them, they are far too expensive and un-effective. And maybe a researcher's office?. Also i think HR guys should go around or maybe unhappy workers will go to them, that'd make them more useful.
