This game is without a doubt one of the best flash games ever. Wonderful strategy, graphics, and gameplay. Sadly, Ruffle does not currently support ActionScript 3.0 for it to work. Here's to hoping someone can please, please update Ruffle to support ActionScript 3.0 for games like this.
@haparas:
The game DOES tell you how to steer on your very next throw after buying the upgrade. But gee, when would I want to steer? (while flying?) And HOW would I do it? (Arrow keys, or "A" & "D"? Maybe, possibly? -_-
I hate critics who can't add a couple of thoughts before posting.
This is my first comment ever since being on the site. I feel obligated to say that this game *DESERVES* to continue to be worked on and refined... it has the potential to be one of the greatest flash games ever made.
As others are saying, it's suffering from balance issues. A player shouldn't just get stuck on day 4 or 5 and not be able to continue. Enough playtesting needs to be done so that the player can win with any class with a variety of strategies. If the developer knows that something isn't worth putting the money into, the price should be reduced or its benefits should be improved. It’s too difficult and way too easy to run into a brick wall.
I love the sprite style and the idea of an RPG style equipment system. It just needs to all be worked on more. It seems doubtful that much beta testing was done... allow players who do not have previous knowledge of the game to try it out and report gameplay issues. If the developer is reading this PLEASE continue work on this concept!
