I'm running it at 60 fps on a 10 year old laptop. Although it was around $1000 at the time. I don't know what everyone's problem is. You do probably need to turn on hardware acceleration.
Make sure not to keep it running in another tab. It stops doing anything. At that point just close the game and open it later so it calculates your loot. Or let it run in another visible window.
I hate how to upgrade my equipment, I'd have to grind World 2 for days while to progress I need to play World 3, which gives me resources I CAN'T USE because I haven't unlocked Tier 3 equipment.
Say what you want about STUG, when I first played it, I got 9 easy badges in under an hour, which is way better than spending 1.5 hours on a single easy badge.
Use 5 pet shards to unlock a pet and level it up to level 10. Use 8 pet shards to be able to level it up to level 25. 42 shards for level 50 and then 86 shards for I guess level 100. I haven't reached that yet.
Warning: the game only allows 12 hours of offline idling, so make sure to start the game every 12 hours to make progress without having to do anything else.
This game is like 1 minute long and the full game is $3 for like an hour of gameplay. Meanwhile there are plenty of amazing free games out there. Even AAA games. The problem is when those games exist, even a $1 game has to be better than all of those games to warrant its price.
The first game took me 1.5 hours to beat. This game took me 2 hours to beat. I beat it almost 3 years ago. I didn't like having to rush this game because it got the BOTD because it would be nicer to play it at my own pace, which would have probably taken 3 hours without having to skip text. The graphics are beautiful. Lots of hand drawn art.
I got a heart attack when I reloaded the page and it showed "new game". Turns out I didn't start a new game, but was allowed to continue. I almost thought this game had no save feature.
Wait, you can upgrade weapons? Is that what the arrows are for? This game barely explains anything. It just shows pictures and numbers and hopes you understand.
It's probably easier to get the medium Experienced Farmers Badge than the easy BOTD First Days on the Farm Badge by just beating day 1 with all 8 characters instead of beating day 4 with 1 character because day 1 can be beaten in under 7 minutes.
You can reach pet level 10 by having 2 pets at level 5 or any other combination of levels. That's much faster than leveling a single pet to level 10. I wish I knew that yesterday before missing the BOTD by falling asleep.
