best set up is 3 mages then 1 cleric. it may sound stupid but its rly not if u think about it.... say your fighting a boss with 6 people... mages and clerics have spells tht hit everyone in the opposing party for ALOT of damage so if u have 4 ppl attacking a group with AOE's most of the time it will only take 1-2 rounds the kill them ... i beat the game without dieing with 150% bonus... try it.. it works
