When in the browser, there should be an option that says to hide all cards that already belong in a deck. Having to keep track of them all is confusing
I think that the people who are placed in the top 50% of each game should be rewarded with points. For 3+4 player games this would mean 1st and 2nd place. 5+6 player games this is 1st 2nd and 3rd. Of course those below first wouldn't gain as many points but more like 2ns is 50% of what 1st gets and 3rd is 30%. This would definitely make the rating system more interesting.
I think the people who make it into the top 50% in each game (1st 2nd AND 3rd place) should be rewarded with points. Only a handful of people make it to 2000 because it is hard to come in 1st all the time. giving points to the people who almost win makes them feel good about themselves.
