It would be nice if your intro respected volume settings.

Your nerfs have made it so that it will take literal MONTHS to recover the sunk costs of the offline production levels purchased. I just don't get why you think this game progresses TOO fast. I'd suggest you try spending a few hours or days even with a fresh new savefile, don't use any type of developer speedups, and see how far you actually get.

Developer Reply

Offline production gives as much as online + there is a passive that increases that.

I really like the concept of the game, but the progression is mind-numbingly slow. EM gain is excruciatingly so.

You misunderstood the nature of my last post. Let me summarize; wave skip is too expensive for too little. I get how you changed it, but you didn't refund the MASSIVE cost to those who had bought it, so YES it IS something that was a huge unlock.... then it got kicked in the jimmies, making me a bit salty at the expense/nerf combo.

I took a very long time to buy wave skip in the first place, and it was honestly underwhelming at the cost, only skipping 5. Having bought it though, I thought that FINALLY I had entered the middle tier of the game and could actually start unlocking things. This new nerf, having paid 2500 levels worth of EM to get a single level skip makes this game excruciatingly slow. It says in the notes that you lowered the cost, but I'm not hard resetting to find out how much it is now, I just hope it's cheap because it's not as OP as you seem to think.

Developer Reply

You don't need to hard reset to see the cost change, wave skip isn't something to be unlocked/maxed right away.

Oh, I get it now. New Game + is a total reset with added functionality. Wow, that's a lot of playtime mooted.

So I prestige and then start NG+ I lose all my accumulated PP and start over with 0.0 Heritage Points. According to that little play counter that is 24 and a half hours gone because I assume, after losing my points, that the HP gain is only from the PP gained in the current run? If so, that's a poor choice.

Oh, and get rid of the Exotic Dancers cargo. Implying that any humans are mere cargo is degrading and stupid.

Acceleration is IMHO significantly too slow, crippling high speed train builds.

I do have to say that I appreciate getting rid of the penalty for trying new builds.

After reading your comment, it's now clear that the active cell isn't sorted. Why? You're making what could be an idle game into a drag from one box to another box every few seconds game. You don't have to look or anything, just drag frow one specific box to another specific box, always the same two boxes. That's not idle. Sort the other way, from low to high, and include the active box. That simple change will make this game 1000x more enjoyable to those who don't like repeating the exact same movement every few seconds. Youv;e invented a new genre, not the "clicker", but the "dragger". and it's wrist painful. :-/

The autosort on the paint side sorts backwards, trying to GET RID of my best colors instead of keeping them. Sort the LOWEST colors into the active slot. I played for hours to find out I was getting an "upgrade" that made this already questionably "idle" game even less idle.

Developer Reply

I do not really understand what you mean. The best tier in the pallet always swap with active cell when timer tick. Therefore, auto sorting affects only the not active cells, so that it would be more convenient for you to replace the mouse with the worst tier in the paint (it is always the last one) on the best of the pallet (it is always the first one)

So I'll just be saving up some idle time for after you undo this latest mega-nerf.

The game update says that the prestige system unlocks after 1M PP, but doesn't explain what a PP is. What's a PP, and how do I know how many I have? Do you mean PM for prestige multiplier?

Firefox supports IndexedDB, but your game doesn't seem to think so.

The game didn't save for me after shutting down the browser. I could close the tab and come back to it just fine, but after closing the browser completely I lost my data.

Most of the difference between racing performance and training performance could be eliminated by simply making the other cars invisible to the sensors to the race, or vice-versa on the training. It's the fact that you can see cars in a race but not in training that makes them never act right. They can't know the other cars are anything but what they think are static walls that move(!).

Developer Reply

The visual sensing is done by raytracing inside physics and of course the other cars are invisible to each other. Every physics update "sense" & "think" are called to determine drivers behaviour, as I do not have the pro version of unity it is not easy to determine where the bottleneck is... as soon as possible I will have a look! thanks for input again!

The reset game button, without a confirmation, is a more of a trap than a feature.

Developer Reply

Ok, I will add an confirmation window ^^ thanks for input!

The game should remember your volume preferences and not play sound until it makes sure you haven't already muted it.

Developer Reply

Not sure how I overlooked that. Great suggestion.

WAY too buggy, incorrect calculations, broken managers, missing prices... It's almost as if no testing at all was done.
