I've just beaten the game. Well, there ARE bugs here and there. But I wouldn't go as far as FrozenFenrir and say "buggy as hell". The worst bug that I've found is that when you die on a level and choose "continue", the enemies health bars get stuck on the screen (even on menu screen!) and, with that, even if you finnish a level, the level doesn't actually end (it's if there was still enemies to be beaten). Other few bugs are on the health bar (sometimes go missing) and the reloading bar getting stuck on the screen. Cool thing is that this is the first shooter I've played that the Chain Gun is NOT the best weapon in the game. So, yeah, it does need some polishing but great game anyway.
I think the only (major) chance I'd make in this game would be giving a few more frames to be able to escape when the scenario has "swallowed" the character.
Also..... what's the use of having DASH if you almost never have the chance to use it? Is there something useful about it? Perhaps adding a spread shot (3 way) would help a lot more.
Those are only suggestions, though. I really liked the game!
Really nice game but...... were you really allowed to upload this game here? Are you sure it's not stolen?
The story about yourself/brother/brother's friend in the info is a bit confusing.
Woohoo! I can't believe I've got the badge!!! But I had to skip levels 25 and 37.
I think that if your char was less 'bouncy' things could be a little less hard. Anyway... I'm glad I didn't destroy my computer of frustration :)
I like it! Nice music, nice graphics and nice physics. You have something here!
It seems hard at first, but it just require a little effort to get a hang to it.
Also, there's a weird sound bug. After you play the last level, that warning sign keeps playing even though the level has finished (and it keeps playing on the other levels! So I had to refresh the game to get rid of it).
Since the game is BETA I don't know if you intend to add other things, add more levels (because it's waaaaaay too short right now).
Perhaps you could have, let's say, 3 or 4 levels for each knight, having different kinds of challenges (like the game Gravitee where there's basically 4 different kinds of challenges and then there's some of each). You could try to add some achievents as well.
One last thing (at least for know): what's that stamina bar for?
One nice thing that could be addedd is, after buying all the upgrades, having the ability to choose which level of each upgrade you'd like to use. So we could make many different kind of mixes (like having full upgraded graphics and that annoying hum).
