I like how you get to see what you're going to be fighting before you have to commit to the fight. It does bother me that the bones left behind when something dies (among other animations and icons) are gravely inconsistent, you'd think that monsters of the same type would have the same information about their corpses...
If it says anything it's just whether you'll let yourself become the victim in an abusive relationship for better graphics or not... The voice only "loved" you because it owned you.
So yeah, obedient players get to get a glimpse into why some wives that get beaten regularly never do anything about it...
It's a very good game, but giving stars for not getting hit combined with my OCD is a slow sort of torture. It's really annoying that damage is instant because the enemy can be firing in the completely wrong direction and it hits. And then i have to restart the level...
The gameplay made it fun enough to see through to the end, not too bad. You could definitely do a lot more scary/intimidating than butterflies though...
Huh, interesting twist ending, even if it is a little hard to figure out what exactly the last paragraph is trying to say. Actually the twist doesn't make any sense anyways...
Okay, the vortex is cool and all... but it's utterly and completely useless. There's not a single stage you can use it on where you can win using just it.
Fun game, pretty challenging at times. At least they let you know in advance that the protagonist is an idiot. :P Don't really care about the resets achievement, i've got my badges and i'm happy.
For 'Shoot 'Em Up', don't kill all the ogres to start with. Leave one as a shield for Questy.
Ok, so this one room in the Hatchwood Wilds is near impossible to get through as a Ferron. There's a nice wall for crags to break and aeronauts can actually reach that stupid ledge cause they can fly. The guy who designed that room must have some personal vendetta against all Ferrons cause it sure seems like it...
I detest the art-style, music and sound effects in this game. The setting's kinda dumb too. But the concept is good and the mechanics are interesting. Everything else just sucks the fun out of this game. I'll probably drive myself mad trying for any badges they add to this game, i nearly did getting the badge.
I finished the game before the badges came out and was blindsided when the plot got serious. So much so that when i played the game again to get the badges i was already sad even listening to the silly dialogue.
A satisfying puzzle game. Not too easy, not too hard. The English translation is somewhat lacking, but since the story has little to no effect on the game itself it's not that glaring of an issue. The lively music helps to keep you from getting frustrated and the mechanics are simple and effective.
Good game, but like all games with this many levels it's kinda draining to do all at once. I'm at level 29, but i can't bring myself to finish the last 3 levels yet. Maybe tomorrow. Phew.
