@shawn909: The Sistine chapel wasn't drawn to arouse people. Nudity, by itself, is innocent. It's how you use it that counts.-------------------------------Aaaaaand I'm done with writing answers, time to play and relax at last :)
@markmellow: As for the other thing you say, about real life beyond the game, no, I sincerely don't think it's healthy to overplay one's sexuality or to see other people as sex objects. There's a difference between being attracted by someone and treating that person as though they're there just for your own pleasure. If you do think like this in real life, then you will probably end up offending people around you.
@markmellow: "Unless you somehow either involved with the creation of the game or paid for the game, you shouldnt complain about the creator's artistic view"? That's bogus. I have every right to voice my opinion about something that possibly offends me. And I never said anything about censorship, I haven't seen any comments here saying the game should be censored, I don't know where you got that impression from. Saying something is wrong is not the same as saying it must be banned.
I'm 23, and let me state once again that I like the game :) I just don't like the aspect where it gets borderline pornographic. My complaint is not about the nudity, it's about the way it is used; you can draw a naked woman and it can be completely innocent, and you can draw even a fully-clothed woman and make her look like some kind of marketing product (and of course, girls won't like that). Why resort to such tactics to lure people to your game, especially since the game is good anyway. That was my point earlier. BTW I don't really think the game is unsuitable for minors like kulkod says.
I really appreciate the effort put into the game, and I congratulate the developers for making it so interesting (I think the gameplay is great), but I have to point this out: The fact that most of the women look like tramps bothers me. There's nothing wrong with the naked human body, but using it as a lure to get players is pathetic. Also, it drives women away from the game - I mean come on, put yourselves in a girl's shoes, what girl would want to play a game that looks like the pages of Playboy :( You should make the game less targeted at men, I'm sure you would see an increase in the number of players as more girls would start playing.
For a shooter, I found it pretty boring... I mean, you don't get to move around much and there's no variety of enemies (excepting armed vs unarmed and fast vs slow). But judging from the other comments here, I guess I'm the only one who thought so. :S
Normally I don't like luck based games, but Zilch just got me addicted to gambling ^_^ 5 stars! And also, to the folks who say it's rigged: For crying out loud, people, read the description! It's explained in the links that the dice rolls are in fact random. You just happened to be unlucky!
For instance, let's take an extreme case: there are some men who feel the unhealthy desire to rape a woman. In order to cure this desire, some professionals recommend to those men to fake their fantasy with a willing partner (role-playing with their girlfriend). I don't know how effective the method is, but certainly it can't make things worse, otherwise I'm sure psychologists wouldn't be so irresponsible as to recommend it to such potentially dangerous people. I mentioned this extreme example to illustrate why I think that mimicking an action, however horrible, may turn your thoughts away from that action rather than towards it.
@fulcilier&SmittenMoonBeam: Guys, when people hit pillows they fantasize that they're hitting the actual person. That is not necessarily to say they are in fact capable of punching someone, but they're having thoughts about it. Mimicking the action helps them overcome their anger. This game is exactly the same, the sole difference being in realism. I don't know if psychologists would recommend this game, but I do know they frequently recommend role-playing and mimicking actions in cases of repressed anger, unhealthy sexual desires and a number of other cases.
Relatively easy "hard" badge for this type of game. Getting perfects in levels 8 and 19 is tricky (that's where I've been stuck), but in general the game isn't very difficult to beat.
Almost got all achievements, still trying... Any action game that can hold my attention for so long gets 5 stars from me. Congratulations to Deeperbeige.
