Sometimes when a tech logs in, they level will be displayed as 1.0 ever though it's higher. The cost of upgrading will be incorrect as well. Upon leveling up, the proper version is displayed, but the bar that fills up is maxed out regardless of how close you are to a major version upgrade.
The instruction says that you can only make royal exchanges with faction coins of a faction different than yours, but you can do it with your own faction's coins as well. :)
Yes, that was a mistake on our part. It is intended to use your own faction coins to buy royal exchanges and we updated the game instructions properly.
