Haha i don't know if its programmed that way or a glitch.... but i hit the sand too hard and got stuck headfirst and i can't get out

485 headshots at the end of night 20 so i let the last zombie destroy the wall and kill me. i got to retry the level (and keep all the headshots from that level) and i still got the survivor and sniper badges.
