aside from the spelling and grammar mistakes and the extremely repetitive gameplay, my biggest beef with this game is that it's just too easy. Beat the phantom - it doesnt even show how many wins I have anymore (above 100 by far), but 0 losses. Didn't use a single battle item.
A decent attempt, but it could use a LOT of work. For one, think about completely changing the combat system into one that doesn't put me to sleep. When playing the game becomes a chore, something is wrong. 2/5
I wasn't a fan of the first one, and I'm not a fan of this one. I don't understand how a game based on trial and error can be so popular. It's basically a guessing game that got badges. And unlike most puzzles where you can logic and reason your way through, you are basically forced to find a walkthrough once you reach the end (unless you feel like wasting loads of time waiting for the hint to pop up). Please do not make another game in this series. 2/5 because it has decent visuals.
platforms move too slow: I'd like to finish sometime reasonably soon, and the controls feel sluggish and unresponsive. A good attempt, but work to be done. 3/5.
Using a rocket to launch to space is a pretty outlandish idea... But seriously, I would have enjoyed the game much more if it ran at about twice the speed it's at now - it was just a chore after a while. 4/5
As a way to stop the H bomb from becoming obsolete once you upgrade the frag grenade, you should give the H bomb an area explosion instead of single target. It would also be more realistic, but that isn't exactly the aim of the game.
Am I the only person who utterly hates the aiming system? Any time you turn at all, everything freezes. This makes it literally impossible to move and shoot at the same time. I had to stop playing after the first real level because it's just unbearable. Please make that an option you can toggle on and off. Until then, 2/5.
I didnt really get into this as much as everyone else did. I will say that it played real smooth for a physics game, which is a nice change of pace. But I felt that the death zone should either be more pronounced or at the edge of the viewing window, considering it can get hard to keep track of when the screen shakes so much. Not a fan of the control scheme - i prefer keyboard but they handle WAY too fast in my opinion when you have such a small space to maintain yourself in. Anyways... I want to give this a lower score, but I'm obligated to give it at least a 4/5 because it's an overall well made game that has too much good humor to deserve anything less.
It was a good idea, but there is just WAY too much luck involved. After dying on the 29th level after accidentally clicking deal twice when my deck was empty, I refuse to ever play this game again. 2/5.
