nice little puzzle, but the painting gets a little confusing on the first time through in terms of what parts get painted depending on what you've done to it. 3/5
its ok, i guess. it is a rip off of unreal flash, though. the scrolling to change weapon works for the first level, but after that, it skips like 5 weapons. also, you can get hit from explosions underneath the floor you're standing on. 3/5
@TerryS: the reason the lightning does less damage is because it's based on intelligence. If for a mage, you spend all your points in one level on intelligence, you get 6 extra. If you pick up a new planespine staff, the damage increase can be in the hundreds.
way too repetitive... and if you get the shield, you cant lose more than one life unless you're retarded. and even if you are, you probably could. on the last level, even though i picked up 5 weapon power ups while fighting boss, i got no upgrades. 2/5
it's fun for a little bit, but then it gets repetitive. Also, if you get attacked by even two sword guys at the same time, it gets really annoying cuz one kicks and the other one attacks. Also, i didnt like that i couldnt choose which attack i used. if i wanted a quick poke, i would always get the drawn-out head slice. can use a little work in the attacking and movement system, considering you always face and damage the closest enemy. 3/5
as annoying as this game can get, i have to admit, it is a very good game. the animation is top notch, and smooth, non-glitchy gameplay. for everyone out there saying that this is too hard, you just suck at video games...5/5
a heads up to people looking for a good class set-up: there is no one right way. Do what you think will work, and if it does, run with it; if not, try again.
and one last thing to the people saying that the other buildings are useless: you're absolutely wrong. A fully upped EMP destroys all missiles on screen, fully upped time distortion stops time, and fully upped flak destroys basically everything. at the same time, the redistributor lets you reuse everything very quickly and keeps everything alive. definitely use the other buildings.
as a note to people looking for 100+% accuracy, if you hit a missile and it's explosion destroys another missile, that counts for your kills. aim for big groups and you're golden.
5/5... got 164% accuracy last time through with nothing but main base, but i just did it with fully upped everything and managed 1154 disables, 22826 resources, 6851 endured, and 3046 total kills. Impossible isnt really that hard once you get into a groove. Oddly enough, i managed 64 consecutive misses...
