This is a very capable hotel tycoon game, but it's not anything really exciting or new. If you've played other hotel tycoon type games, this is pretty much more of same. But, if you haven't, it's a wonderful introduction to the game type. I enjoyed myself, surely, but I did wish for a little something more to make it stand out more.
However, I would really like a system that allows me to mark spots that are played out. Please don't make me go get graph paper to figure this out, or I'll be VERY annoyed.
Oh dammit. I was like, "this seems fun, whatever I'll play it for a bit" FIVE HOURS LATER I'M STILL ASPLODING THINGS!! WHY IS THIS SO ADDICTIVE? I CAN'T STOP!
Does anyone know if putting your barracks and trading posts near the towers that add EXP and money effect the barracks and trading posts. It says "firing tower" in the description, but my stuff seems to be levelling up faster, and I seem to be getting more money this way... It might be all in my head, though.
Super fun game, I LOVED it! Might need a good grammar check, though. Sometimes I really wasn't sure what every one was going on about. I got the sense that the plot was really neat, I'm just not sure I understood it fully...
For the second boss, it's easier to wait until he opens his shields, duck through them and get right in his face. If you kill the submarine, the eyeball things disappear.
Freaking awesome game, guys! Good Job!
Pretty, and everything seems to work properly but it's kinda dull. Like the other reviewers have said, it just needs one or two more additions to make it really pop. Also, the exiting between levels got a bit annoying. Good idea, but add a bit to it. I think this has promise, and if I see a sequel with some more variation, I'll be pretty happy to play it.
The art on this is so pretty, but the options are kinda limited. It would have been nice if we could have a palette swap on all of the clothing and accessories, I kept finding myself saying "ooh, I like that print, but I hate those colors." This isn't good for more than two minutes of amusement, unless you're a little kid. I always think that these paper doll games could have so many more options when they're in a digital format, but they always end up being a let down. :(
What an amazing concept. This is pretty awesome. The hit detection is a bit wonky, and I couldn't get the full screen mode to work, but that might have been my lap top's fault, it's a grumpy machine. Aside from those two little bugs, and, perhaps the game's brevity, I thought this was pretty outstanding. I can't wait to see more games from a mind that comes up with this!
If you like memory games, this is the game for you, certainly. The art on the cards is a nice mix of realistic and cartoony, which helps make them memorable and every thing works as advertised. It's simple but entertaining for what it is.
Precisely what it says on the tin: it's a finding the difference game with very lovely art. Not too easy, not too hard, the interface is nicely executed. For what it is, it's very capably done.
There's a lot to like in this game: The graphics are nice, and the gameplay is pretty solid, though slightly repetitive. The big problem for me is the grammar. I'm not one of those people who expects perfect English from everyone, but the language in this game became a problem for me, as I had a hard time understanding the instructions, and I had to sit for a few minutes to puzzle out what things like ability descriptions were trying to say. It certainly made me not want to bother with any of the story stuff. If the Dev managed to find a good beta for the text bits, I'd probably add another star to my rating.
added 5 more :P
