Start of game: I should train hard and be faster than everyone else. End of game: Cheat, cheat, cheat, and throw in some capitol crimes for good measure.
This games has 30 levels?! That is not a good length for something were all enemies are unlocked by lvl 10 and all upgrades by lvl 15. Needs more upgrades and enemy types if you are going to go that long.
Other bullet hell games: Shoot everything in-front of you and try not to get hit. This one: Shoot every thing in every direction at once while contemplating whether you should dash through that dense cloud of criss-crossing bullets and hope for the best or run right through this solid wall of bullets knowing you will certainly get hit, but no more than 2-3 times. Decisions, decisions...
At first the game seems very pointless, but it soon comes to life and by the time it ends, you find the contrast from start to finish is exactly what makes the whole thing worth while. Very excellent.
Level 10 was much easier for me than levels 7-9. Should have remembered my old test taking trick and just reduced the verbal problems to equations to begin with.
Nonsense! Recursion does not disprove the existence of a thing. EXPLANATION: Many things in nature are recursive. Life itself is recursive; therefore, Socrates fails to disprove the Social Contract theory by citing recursion as disproof. BACKING: The recursion fallacy is predicated on the idea that a recursion can not initiate itself. A classic example of a recursion fallacy is "The Bible is right because God said it its right, and God is right because the Bible says he is right". This is not the case with the social contract. Hobbes addresses this issue by saying that the initial social contract is an evolution of the State of Nature. Because it is initiated by an outside force, the recursive nature of Sovereignty and Populous controlling each-other through fear is perfectly plausible (at least on that level). RELEVANCE: Your face is ugly... haha, it does work for something...
One area I have to disagree with a few of the other reviews is the mouse being a bad way to collect coins. My first impression, was not good but then I started playing it and realized, I have to choose to either run strait into that hail storm of bullets, or let a few coins go. Made for an interesting mechanic if you can appreciate that sort of thing. One down side was the ending though. The final boss was way too predictable compared to earlier bosses, and *spoiler alert* if your quest is to get your dog back, you should get your dog back. And if you don't get your dog back, you should have an interesting twist ending that justifies not getting your dog back.
I like the idea of this game, but I feel like your cursor should show what enemy/weapon you are on instead of having it on the side so that you don't have to keep looking over to see what's changed
hello, thank you for your feedback. it will be added in the next update.
