It's Shadow of the Colossus minus the fighting meets Prince of Persia minus the time manipulation--both of which would make the game a lot more fun IMO
Billed as unique-which it really isn't, IMO--but a good game now that the damage bug has been fixed; honestly, something of a combination of Metroid and Resident Evil. I love the monster designs, and I wish something had been done with those three creatures halfway through the last dungeon rather than just gratuitous vulgarity for its own sake
After a 70% increase from my initial attack damage, shouldn't an enemy that originally took 5 hits to kill go down in 3? Why then does it still take 5 hits? Also, the first boss was like a poor man's Phantoon
This game is ludicrous! I don't even know where to start! By the time you've built your city up to the point of being able to train the most basic units, you've already depleted your resources to the point that you can't afford your first soldier! How am I supposed to build an army and conquer a region where every point of the map is full of enemies when I can't even build one soldier without putting myself in debt?
What if the ESC didn't need to be disabled? What if it could have been fixed? It was cold, dark, and broken, with hard edges. It could have been made warm and bright and soft and whole...
I like the concept--and I'm a big fan of steampunk--but the artwork leaves some to be desired: the eyes should be at the midline of the head, leaving room for a brain
