restarting the game lost me almost all of my accumulated bonus minutes. that's stupid. there's also not really much going on in the game after a few restarts.
i could tell from the start that a lot of work went into this. i enjoy it very much and the humor appeals to me - and i'm sure a lot of other people, as well. lol i don't give out 5s often, but this is great.
woooooow. why is it that the player's monsters *never* attack a weakened enemy? it's beyond retarded. i half expect my side to raise a gofundme for the enemy characters. 'oh, i would kill you but you're wounded. t'would be dishonorable. get thee to a medical facility and we can engage in honorable battle. oh thanks for stabbing me in the face!'
it definitely looks slick and full of cool upgrade trees to explore, but i thought we were through with click-heavy games like this. i can't manage it, i have some fairly severe damage to my dominant arm :(
it's not so often that a new game comes out and feels fun and satisfying enough to remain engaging. it didn't drag at all and there really weren't many frustrating parts. i felt like i was rewarded with new gameplay mechanics at a rate commensurate with the effort i put in. it did get a bit overwhelming with the variety of food, but that is basically optional. for a game that is basically a mining game, this is extremely enjoyable and maintained my attention throughout. a couple irritations i had were: difficuty finding enough wyrms to trap after i had killed a few earlier, and difficulty with talk/attack/engage with building overlapping as characters moved about. i would often do the wrong action, and it is a bit inconvenient when you're being attacked. overall, the only real disappointment i had was when the credits began to scroll when i got on the boat.
you actually made my day. how did you know?
