There's a point in the game where the latest apps are completely useless. By the time they would make back what you spent to get them their rate of income is insignificant to your current goals. Basically all your money just comes from upgrading your motherboard and OS.
the street gang provides a linear increase to your rate of money gain for a flat cost (buy 5 thieves, 2 thugs, buy gang price for them resets to virtually nothing) you'd probably need a script to get the thousands of gangs required, but gangs will eventually be the best use of your money by making the effectiveness of thieves and thugs grow to ridiculous proportions.
it seems like the speedup button doesn't speed up your units and the enemies at quite the same time, i notice that right after I click speedup the enemies will get a little farther before a hit happens
It seems odd you can make conditions for not having specific special effects (forgetful, confused) but not for not having specific boosts (strength, speed). it seems Self NOT strengthened is much more useful than Self strengthened
