It's kind of annoying that the save system is so fickle with saving gears/gold picked up. Also, the level 2/3 character upgrades seem to be pretty worthless...
I'd like to see the flamethrower actually light things on fire. I, too, got the reloading glitch where you have to reload the game. Pistol accuracy sucks and the upgrades are unevenly priced. Make the blood stains disappear after a while...it gets impossible to see the enemies...
@Lloyd_Kitsune: if you haven't forgotten, people do make money off of these games. I'm assuming that Armor Games offers a bonus % (or however they do it) if there's exclusive content only offered on its site. That's also probably the case why it took so long for Sonny 2 to get here (time locked exclusive).
Why the hell do people rate games poorly if they suck at them? Although I don't care for the story that much, Sonny and Sonny 2 are some of the best-made flash games out there.
Too bad the game seems to add artificial length by just throwing the same waves at you over and over again. You could cut out like 10 and still have a decent game.
After playing for a bit longer, I also have to say that the messages in the bottom left are too small and go by too quickly to read. This among the other things, like people flying vertically out of range and the fact that the main gun kind of sucks.
Pretty hard, or at least harder than I expected. The bullets from your main gun travel pretty slow so it's hard to hit the small ships in the beginning. I like the idea though.
