I found the game fun up until around level 75, then it gets very grindy as you are dependent upon an unforgiving RNG. You can go over 200 raid runs and not get a drop. I think the game could add a smart-randomizer, slowly increasing your drop chances after a cold streak.
This game is frustrating because it has the potential to be great. Cool animations, amusing characters, gradual build-up of power. Sadly, this is massively hampered by the severely limiting energy and arena limitations.
Everything takes too long. Ticket and energy recharge; a max of 10, and many missions take 3?! Research times are far too long; reduce them, or give us more chambers.
Such potential wasted by crazy greed.
Just started yesterday. 2 questions please:
1. How exactly do I level up? I can't figure out what I have to click or do.
2. What do I have to do to unlock the 2nd difficulty on each mission?
Suggestion: have the merchants in dungeons offer something a player might actually want to buy. 750 gems for an epic is a crazy price. No point in even having those merchants. They are rare enough that they could offer an actually worthwhile deal.

Try a different browser or clear your cache: Right click the page, do Inspect Element, a new window will open inside the window. Then click on the cogwheel, which you will find on the top right side of the new window. Then enable 'Disable HTTP cache'. Then refresh the page.
It'd be nice if there was a way to earn 15 daily gold without being forced to PvP. I just surrender over and over until I get two easy matches for the two required daily victories.
Even with the tutorial, I couldn't figure out how to combine spells. I found the interface awkward as well. Get rid of most of the key clicks, and make them mouse clicks.
Can someone explain this? I did a Prestige reset. I only opened the first mission, and I made it exploratory, no combat. How is it that some characters die? This makes no sense, there is no damage taken from exploratory quests.
Bug: If you reset to open chests, and have 4, the fourth one sticks and freezes the screen. Then it has to be reloaded, and you need another full level before you can reset.
