NM on my last comment. I was too scared to click it, and now I did, it shows how much of a boost before it finalizes the action. I get exactly 1900% of a boost!
It may be a good idea to put some information on how we can learn how much of a boost be get after we start a new playthrough with "colonize a planet". It says it is dependent on how much tea had been produced during that run, but nothing clear on how that translates over to the next playthrough.
