- Having to manually save these types of games really upsets the players.
- The colors need to be contrasting enough you can actually read the labels and values so you know what's going on.
- All the open space implies there is more to come, yet nothing more becomes available.
- Some of the button costs are smashed against the button label.
- There are some rounding issues on the Clicks and Total Clicks.
- No description of what each of the click purchases actually do.
- If clicks are spent as money to purchase more click power etc, what's the progress bar for?
Not sure if this in intentional or not, but my inventory was empty and I had to re-choose my class, and my skills were reset when I logged back in. Everything else is pretty cool
I'm using Chrome, can't get it to allow me to select the menus unless I alt-tab into another window and then click back. The game also froze on me when the mass hysteria kicked in. If I can't get it to unfreeze i wont be able to rate on anything more than what I've played so far.
I think it hits 'idle' right on the head. I do prefer a little bit more to do though. Good start, keep it going with some more upgrade options and a save and you'll be good to go.
The scribbles are highly distracting, makes the screen very cluttered. The hand written numbers are sloppy and difficult to read, especially since there are typed numbers near by. The typed numbers are also difficult to read since there are no commas in the values other than in the 10,000 and 100,000 which are two of the four that might not need the commas. For some reason, the income regularly quits working until I manually click enough to buy some more income upgrades. And what is the purpose of the upgrades menu? I can't get it to do anything. All those things aside, for this to contend with any of the other idle games, there is still a lot of work and options that would need to be added.
Requests: Auto-save, stats about the different types of ships, some sort of explanation regarding what to do a.k.a a help or brief description on how to play, especially the ability to control your spaceship since it's the first half of the game description. lots of potential though.
With a little attention to the numbers it's rather easy to start rolling in the cash. If you can run out of cash and get stuck, then there for sure needs to be a reset to allow you to start over.
A few ideas for future upgrades, maybe computer or ledger that you could use to track winning numbers, patters in the numbers, to help you plan your ticket strategy. A graph that shows recent earnings versus costs.
Since you can upgrade the lottery type, maybe have the type reflected in the game play. If it starts out as scratch-its, then actually have tickets you scratch to win, when you get to slots, make a slot machine, etc.
Over all rather simple, but fun. I think it sticks pretty well to the IDLE category, but could use a few tweaks in future upgrades.
Would be nice if upgrades changed the look of the lady. And after a few clicks, the message to click the lady is no longer necessary. Keep going, I'll check back after an update or two.
I set it to go away after the first 2 minutes, and to not show up if its already been shown. Is it not going away? I do plan to make it so the the model is holding/using the upgrades that are bought.
I appreciate your feedback :-)
Got rather dull after a few minutes. More upgrades would certainly help. Also, I came back and my progress was gone. I'm assuming no save feature? This is a MAJOR drawback to idle games.
My $0.02... I wasn't a fan of how frequently I fell through what appeared to be solid ground. Yes there are check points, yes I can get pretty close so I don't have to repeat very much work, but when I'm walking along and oopse, fall through the ledge to my death, it makes it look as if the game is really flawed. And this was happening all over the place. This includes climbing the giant as well as walking along the bottom of the level and falling into empty space. If it was designed to be that way, then fine, your game, do what you want, but I'm not a fan. If it is an actual bug, I would love to see it fixed.
First, the power display covers part of the instructions on the first level. Hard to read what to do and more of a hindrance than anything else. The AI for the bad guys could use some tweaking. They do move and attack a little bit, but mostly just hang around. Also, when they fall in their life bar fills up full, then drops down to a small fraction remaining. It looks as if they get really hurt just by sitting around. I'm guessing their life is only a fraction of the total possible, but it's still a little confusing.
I like it so far, some of the suggestions, like not losing a life if you click a blacked out square, would be worth the effort. And a few people mentioned that some of the puzzles are mirrors, some are actually duplicates too. I enjoy a game that has lots of play time, but when you're solving a puzzle you've already solved, then you're just wasting time.
You can start training after returning from a planet, even if you don't have a saiyan. power level label gets hidden off the right edge, looks like the container isn't large enough. scouter said #/5 scientists, but it let me purchase it at either 3 or 4 scientists. Superman flies at me upside down if I jump over him. The buttons don't visually match the rest of the game. Training throws a +1 when you click it, but your training bar raises by 3. You can hire multiple saiyans, but each just replaces the previous one, wasting your money. The damage amount that flashes when you hit superman doesn't match the change in his powerlevel. The hire instructor button doesn't do anything. Current saiyan's name is '0'. requests, It would be nice to unlock new attacks, more powerful, charge attack, hand to hand. More enemies, stronger enemies, from the game. more avatars.
As it stands, good start, but didn't take very long to run out of upgrades to get. I'll be looking forward to more updates.
The size of the game is too large for my screen so I have to scale it down to see everything properly. Also, the speed of the menu opening and closing is WAY too slow.
I like the basis for the game. Simple enough to get into quickly, but it's missing a few things. First off, there is no help about what anything does. Yes I know that most of it is straight forward, but the exp and exp for mass could use it. Also, it's labeled as an idle, and while in many idle games you need to earn your way to actually being able to idle it, the progression of the upgrades is too slow, as is the earning of money. It takes far too long to have the auto firing actually contribute to anything. Other than that, it'd be nice if the bullets and the cannon upgraded as well as the wall itself.
Compared to the first version, it's much better, and actually playable. A few notes, that many decimals on the time to planets is excessive, a central location to see all of your resources with a scrollable area for the purchases would help when purchasing, and a description of what flights do for you would help as well
More upgrades, stronger monsters = better rewards, mousing over/clicking the upgrade button doesn't work except for the border and the 'Upgrade Weapon' words. feels like a good start to the game, can't wait to see more.
I set it to go away after the first 2 minutes, and to not show up if its already been shown. Is it not going away? I do plan to make it so the the model is holding/using the upgrades that are bought. I appreciate your feedback :-)
