Fun game. It gets a little absurd, if you do the Rifle Specialization Perks, which give you like... +51% shot speed, and Reload time. I ended up being able to empty my clip so fast, I think I could shoot off about 100 rounds in a little over two seconds. Maybe less. Once you pick a specialization, though, you gotta stick with it. Otherwise, you spread out too thin. Arrow8 is, largely, right. The other perk I picked was increased Damage. Allows you to really make the little enemies die quick.
Don't bother with fame. It might be useful if you could get it at level 1, but at level 10? You're too invested by then.
Anyway, best of luck. I didn't try hard (though, if I did the same thing, I'd likely just squirrel away a bit more money, and pick the important perks faster), but if it's at all like Normal? It shouldn't be too tough.
