Most games make you jump when you PRESS the button. This one makes you jump when you RELEASE the button. Seems like designer was just sloppy, not like an actual decision.
A game like this lives or dies on 2 things: Are the enemies interesting, and do the upgrades change the game enough for me to care which ones I get. This game fails on both counts. But I am glad to see another game with autofire.
The purchase screens should show stats for all items. Needs some way to know which level should come first, so I don't wander into the wrong area without knowing. You should be able to reload a half-full clip without spending an entire clip.
Missing features available in other games in this genre, like upgrades, controlling how many of your guys attack, and setting one spot to auto-send its guys to another spot.
Multiplayer is disabled on Kong. And you'll have to unlock the cards again on the creator's site. Disappointing. Single player campaign is poor. The AI is dumb (plays "kill a worker" cards when I have 1 worker, for example) and the opposing decks don't have a strategy, it's only hard because the computer gets enough starting resources to kill you first turn. So, bad single player, disabled multiplayer, adds up to a bad game.
