It would be nice if researches turned color or got a border when they reach lvl 100 and got their tech effect. Under the current version, that would let me know that I don't have to look at them again since their science output is irrelevant by the time they get that high.
From 8/18 update: "Healing AI now keeps healing when it can’t keep up with incoming damage when you have atleast one non-healer." -- I'm pretty sure that, no, it won't. It gives up on healing, attacks uselessly, dies and screws over the other heroes.
It feels like the upgrade costs were scaled as if the bonuses were multiplicative (exponential) instead of additive. Because the next upgrades want QAs and QUs, but I'm never going to make more than Ts.
I get that the dev would rather burn down the game than capitulate to all everyone asking for increased foo, but the monsters really might as well not drop food at all. Each meat is like, at very best, 2 seconds' worth of food and it's just dumb.
Just couldn't deal with the slow text speed, even after turning it up all the way -- it feels like a loading screen every two seconds. Please include an option to just put all the text on the screen at once.
Solving No Smiley 5 seems to kick you back into one of the early regular levels, where you get a tutorial about not having to fill in every square. Going back and picking #6 manually works correctly.
All this game wants to do is lose my progress. It says it's saving to the cloud and puts a time stamp, but when it goes to load from the cloud somehow it's finding a save 2 days old.
I don't understand how a game like this can get 4 stars on Kongregate. F2P is full of timers, but research in this game has the most miserable ones I've ever seen.
I exported my Valentine's Day save over to a different computer, but don't see the items on the Events page. Do they transfer? If I export back to the first computer, am I going to lose the items?
This game leaks memory like nothing else on my computer. Near the end of zone 3, by the time I finish a level my entire computer is grinding to a crawl. Close the window, mess around for a minute and everything's fine again. Rinse and repeat.
This would be more fun as one of those programming games where you set up a script to have your guy move right, stop, jump at 1.2 sec, etc., instead of actually controlling the guy with the keyboard.
Everything is just too long. The campaign is too long. There end up being too many waves. Each wave ends up being too long, mostly because of guys dribbling in and wasting your time and having to chase down the ranged guys. I don't think bad guys who run away are ever fun in any game.
I do not have a cap on clicks per second, am I misunderstanding your comment?
