I am quite frankly really enjoying this game. Here's a few tips: Once you get past a few levels, retry the first and get expert. Rinse and repeat. Upgrade points. Upgrade whatever. Continue this cycle - a few levels, another expert. Just use the basic tower for it, it's really a very good tower. Just upgrade and send waves coming. Once you get a really good hang of it, increase your starting money to whatever you need to get the super tower. Use the super tower. Sit back and relax. Send waves early. Expert earlier waves. Upgrade points rolling in.

At the last level, although I thought it was going to be that way, my heart froze and I just stared. I almost cried just because it...fits.

At first, this game was just about car slaughter. Certainly I obliged at first, but the 3rd time, I noticed him. The red car. He was determined, energetic – so full of life. I began to make the path easier so Red could persevere. And he did, growing more confident and assured – “look what I can do, Road! I can do this! Let me show you!” And I was proud. I am proud... The first time it happened, Magenta just edged Red off a bit. “HEY”, I exclaimed, but I am just the road, how could they hear? Red started to feel worried – alone. I started to feel alone. I missed Red. So I continued to make the path easier and anxiously waited for Red to catch up. He did. I rejoiced as I saw a confident Red on my pavement again. Then Magenta returned. I will never forget it. I swear on my flesh and stone, Magenta rammed Red off the road. Red combusted. If concrete could cry, it would. I tried to believe that Blue was just as good, an unsung hero –but it wasn’t the same. I’ll miss you, Red. I’ll miss you.

A fairly fun game as always from Berzerk, but the upgrades are boring and minimal, and the keys don’t always hit the enemy (as in, it’s a little out of line, if that makes any sense). Also, “strength” was misspelled as “strenght” – although the font makes it a little difficult to tell anyways, but I don’t really have a complaint about the font. I would like to see the games be a little bit more revised and polished up, but otherwise, a good job.

I cried. I did. Just a little bit. Starting with our friend helping us - mainly because of the wounds - and then right after with the parents. I like the ranking system you have based on hints. I was so glad this wasn't timed. My only complaint was how hard it'd be to find a few things just because you had to be at an EXACT location to find it. But still, it is a magnificent, beautiful game.

Wowsers. From here to there. Cool how you described point A to point B. Yeah! Didn't want to pressure people with a time limit! Want them to enjoy them selves and relax. Well you know, some items have multiple ways of seeing them. But yeah...that's how it is in real life too! You'll only see the secret treasure map by sticking your head in a dark cave.

Yet again, a beautiful, amazing game. I love these so much. It took a lot for me not to cry. I was so excited when I saw you came out with another game - and rightfully so. It is incredible, poignant, and darling. I love the little details that is in everything, the titles of all the books, the naughty flowers, everything. I'm again amazed by the love that this game can install into you. Thank you, very very much. <:

I'm sorry. $5 for 500 shiny is much too much. When I have a building that takes 4-5 hours to build, and I want to build like, 4 buildings or so, my money is completely gone. That's not even talking about higher-level buildings, which I'm sure are even more expensive. I do love that 5 minutes and under are free, but like ragewinter said, it's simply much too much to pay $5 for what will last you a very short amount of time - I mean, you can only buy one worker with that, and most of the stuff that isn't just stuff that'll go away within a few hours is more than 500 shiny. I appreciate your effort on this game (although, no, I do not want to brag about it - why can't we have an option for that not to come up again?), but similar to Swords & Potions, you guys are asking much too much for way too little. I like to support games, but I'm not gonna buy something that'll last me only a few minutes. Fun game, but I can't afford to play enough of it to really enjoy it.

Hints: Level 7 – I’m sure it’ll cause more strain but I know you can push ‘em. Level 8 – Make small movements, and big leaps! Level 9 – Who dragged you here, anyways? Level 10 – Certainly dragging that would be fine though. Level 13 – Just a few clicks away. Level 18 – Notice where they fall, slide, or stay. Level 19 – is kind of a downer, sorry. Level 22 – No shame. [I sincerely hope this game gets a badge or two, perhaps one for “Make it through with under 25 deaths” or something :D Can’t wait to see the sequel! My only qualm is how the boxes slide when you push them from too far away, but it wasn’t any major issue.]

I thoroughly enjoyed this game. More than I thought I would. The creator is a sonnuva-b, but he's so entertaining. I love Joe's expressions. He's just like "god. damn. it." all the time. Thank you for making this amaaaazing game, and putting it on Kongregate <3

Super funny game, I really enjoyed playing it. I did end up using the walk through quite a bit, mainly because I really wanted to see the rest of it all played out. I quite enjoyed the voice acting as well! It was very clever, I'm glad to have played it! Thank you!

A few more things actually: My bucket in the seal game seems to sometimes freeze while I'm playing - I rechecked my settings to make sure it was set the correct way, and it was. I would also like it if Pingy's text box was transparent, so that it wouldn't get in the way when I'm playing any of the games. And I hadn't said it before, but 5/5 and fav'd <3 my favorite idle game thus far I must say.

Since I've been playing this game so much, I thought I'd add another idea about fishing. Perhaps if fishing was set to a percentage of experience per fish by level? Like snails would incrementally give you 1% or so XP more per level up, so that it is more on-par with the leveling up of you so that it won't seem quite as menial or tedious to catch fish just to sell them or just in hopes of getting lost goldfish for whale farming. Also yes, I do keep thinking of things so that I could possibly get VIP someday lol. But this is something that I think would help quite a lot.

A few things that I’ve noticed so far: After rolling the dice, it doesn’t say that it took away your money. Maybe you could have a side bar there that will show history, like ‘Bet: 30 – Lost, Bet: 30 – Won’…that sort of thing. I just prefer to keep track of it for whatever reason. Another thing is, when you poke the penguin and get dialogue, it’d be nice to just click the dialogue to make it go away so it won’t be in the way of things for the few seconds it’s up. Also, I didn’t really realize that you had to pay $10 to the slots until I thought about it and stared at my money. Maybe if you put a $10 per spin sign underneath the “Spin!” button? Also, a settings page so I could turn the quality down on the game instead of right clicking and turn off animations because my computer is making the game run super slow with everything there. Just a few things to consider. Lovely game though for sure!

Developer response from saybox

The lag may just be because you need to give Flash more storage space. Right click in the game, press 'settings' go to 'storage' (the middle tab), and put the slider to "unlimited". Don't worry - we only actually store about 50kb of data.

Other Tips: increasing magic increases your MP, not your skill attack I think. You’ll find tons of better equip items throughout the game, so don’t bother buying any armor in the store, but I personally stocked up all the time on healing/mp items. Using a town portal allows you to return to the place in the dungeon you used it at. I didn't really need a healer since you get a lot of money and you can buy healing items very inexpensively. That way you can just use an item instead of skill (taking away MP) if you need to heal during a battle, and it'll give you a definite number on how much you'll be healed rather than a random one. Anyways, super amazing game, first flash RPG I’ve stuck with and really enjoyed and kept wanting to play. 5/5

AP Tips: I tried out all of the characters' different styles (rogue, fighter, mage, and healer, albeit briefly on healer for Phoebe). I play offensively, so I liked to have: Tristam as a Fighter (Omnislash is amazing once you get it. Rogue and Mage are fine, but Omnislash deals massive damage to multiple enemies), Kaeli as a Mage (Rogue is also very good with her, but Typhoon just beats Quickshot for having great damage), Phoebe as a Rogue (also good as Fighter, but poison is great for tedious battles), and Reuben is decent with both Fighter and Mage, although I prefer Fighter’s Triton’s Wrath [multi-target] more than Mage’s Winter’s Grasp [single target]. If you need a healer, then I recommend Reuben. His last Healing move (Healing Water) regens, heals, AND increases Def and MDef. I used him as healer for the last battle with Dargon. (more on another comment…)

I do really enjoy this game, but the problem that I had was (even though it was a musical game) I needed a pause button! D: Sometimes you just have to do something and you don't want to start all over, you know? Otherwise though, I really enjoyed it. I thought that the corresponding towers/music pieces/attacks were brilliant, and I loved that you used the different music notes for the speed.
