First, choose "virus" as your disease evolution. If your disease starts in anywhere other than Greenland, Canada, Africa, the Middle East, or Madagascar, restart the game. Go to your disease, sell all symptoms, and buy sneezing (unless you started with it). Buy all of the first resistances and don't buy any transmissions (it just causes closures). Once four regions are infected, sell sneezing. If the shipyards in Madagascar close before you infect it, restart. Once at least one person in each region is infected, buy all tier 1 and tier 2 symptoms and say good-bye to mankind! + to keep this comment alive!
Honestly, what are the people learning in Madagascar? They're so smart they know its gonna be the end of the world with a new disease so they SHUT DOWN EVERYTHING.
If you infect an airport in a country that borders no other country, it WILL arrive in a country and infect someone. I hope this helps you dominate the world!

Think about which region you're in. If you're somewhere in Madagascar, when you evolve your disease by choosing the 'heat' option first. Because I'm in Australia, I chose 'cold' first. This saves you A LOT of time.
