It's a good concept, and I had fun, but the physics are totally wonky...why do things move the way that I'm walking? Newton's 2nd Law: Every action has an equal and opposite reaction...
I was frustrated to lose all my cash on crashes, until I realized that you can use police cars as battering rams to push all the civilian cars out of the way :D
i think you're being too harsh, especially considering the "games" that some people post on kong...I admit it's not the greatest game but it's still reasonably well done...
Hey, you know what's great? Having played the game for several levels, gaining a userID and password and then having the only option at the title screen next time you play be "new game" >.<
Maybe I wasn't getting something about the upgrades...but there were many times where I had enough cash for an upgrade and it wouldn't let me do it??!!
As others have said, great game, very engaging, but the lack of level select is frustrating...I don't want to have to start from the beginning if I log off of kongregate...
A substantial improvement on Achilles...I actually enjoy playing this game ;P! Seriously though, it's a good game, but I have 2 criticism: 1) There should be a distance between your henchmen and you where their main objective is not to attack enemies but to get closer to you (too often they walk off and get killed fighting by themselves!) and 2) The distance counter seems pointless since you can't leave before you kill everyone...wouldn't a kill-bar make more sense?
The challenge of the end-boss is keeping your mind from wandering off while you take slivers off his health...other than the disappointing end battle the game is good though!
Here's my guide for the game: Click your mouse button very fast and move your mouse back and forth over the troop buttons. Insta-win, until your arm gets tired.
The kick-stun is too powerful, both the players and the computers. I practically beat the 4th boss by kicking only. If it was toned down this might be a better game...
