Most people have voted one on this one, just from default. But I have voted two on this game, and I will tell you why. There is an easier interface with this dress-up game (with clicking, instead of dragging), plus the music is appropriate, though not especially one of her most known songs. (AKA: You didn't use "Oops, I Did it Again"... I hate that song.) It is still a Dress-Up game, and better games can be had. But you have made this one slightly better than normal. For that, you suck slightly less. Keep improving, and maybe you can put forth an actual game.
A very beautiful game. I'd like to see multiple songs, and a larger play area. Those two additions would make the game second-to-none, as far as rhythm flash games are concerned.
It was a bit too easy... The graphics are nice, the lack of sound is a good thing. I'd like to see multiple computer players, and definitely multiplayer. This game's concept is simple enough to be huge... Keep up the development process!
I love this game. It is a nice change in scenery from the hordes of other TD's on this website. The AI of the "security risks" is unique... Not necessarily a bug. I personally like not having to funnel them down in the very beginning... It frees up more cash to focus on one or two tough towers. But that cash is definitely needed... This game is absolutely relentless in the amount of cash you get. Sometimes, there just isn't enough. I don't especially like that feature. The graphics are nice, very well done, but the edges should be taken off of the towers. I understand that they take up a square place on the grid, but the AI can pass through the edges of each tower, so those edges should be invisible to the player as well. The upgrade system is off... Either less money should have to be paid to get the upgrades that show up now, or more powerful upgrades should be presented... IMHO, it should be both. I really like this game, despite the tweaks, and I believe it should have badges.
Absolutely gorgeous. I loved it! Nice animation, very illogical... Yes. I had to look around the room multiple times to get all of the ingredients, but all in all it was very nice. Keep it up!
This is what I want to see, RobotJAM. Great graphics, which has been your calling card from day one, and now you've got a kick ass game to it too. Granted, point and clicks aren't exactly the most complex of games, but you did it right. This series, done properly, could rival the submachine series. There, I said it. Make the sequels longer, tougher... Without taking out any of the awesome graphics. You'll be working with an excellent series. I wish you luck. Five'd.
It's definitely a well-thought out game, but it's just too difficult to pick up and play. I'm going to give it a three for now, and if I come back a while from now, with more experience, and try again, and get it right... Then I'll five it. As far as I'm concerned now, it's not done.
I personally find my score of over 100,000 points acceptable. I do like the puzzles... This one made me think of that one really old puzzle, with the six different shaped pieces. This makes me want to develop so bad... It's disgusting.
Where the last game illustrated and explained why Protector is so popular a game, this one explained flOw. Very good, and I am going to continue to watch the series.
This "game" changed how I look at games. Unfortunately, I had thought that if I had made a good enough (graphically speaking) game, then I would be able to slide by. But what this is saying is that if I make it a really badly animated game, but have the game-play rock, I can exceed your expectations and will have made a good game. Case in point: Protector.
Come on, RobotJAM. I know you can do better than this, in the artwork. Where did the kick-ass scene of the last one go? The artwork was let loose in lieu of better gameplay, which this one has... I give you that it's better than the fourth one, and the first two. But you can do better. These games have so much potential, but look at the Lemonade Stand and you know what the people want. We want upgrades, we want... We want a lot. *shrugs* You can deliver. I know you can.
Your continuing dedication to making some of the prettiest games on Kongregate is astounding. You have matured in your animation style, going for a more adult feel, a more minimalist feel. That's awesome. But, in exchange, you've lost a bit of the magic that the previous game had. I noticed the leading problem, where you have to shoot too far ahead (in my taste) to hit an opponent. You're getting better and better... I rated this one a three.
Now that's what I'm talking about. Casual gaming for the win! If you could make a whole bunch of well animated, polished games like this, and put them together, I'd love it. The music, as usual, is cool. I loved the repelling cursor feature... A bit more enthusiasm in the tutorial would be kind. Maybe multiple levels, a smaller character, or my first suggestion before. You're getting better at this.
Okay, they seem to be getting better. That's good! But, you see, the game is still not worth while. You still get a one out of five! It was strange enough to be cool... And as always, I like the animation style. Could be better... A lot better.
I normally hate golf games, so I was skeptical when I came into this one. I was right. This game is complete and utter crap. The only thing I like about it is the animation style. There's some great art there. But, once I finally hit the first 'shot,' I had a score of over (under, actually) NEGATIVE 2500. The aiming system is that bad. The power of your shot determines where it goes more than the actual direction you propel it... And then shots that I though were going to miss actually, barely, hit. I gave this one a one out of five. After playing Synapsis, I know that you can do better. A lot better. Work on this, please! Make it a decent game! Please!
Way too loud for my taste. I had to turn my volume control to one point above muted to actually be able to think straight... But I suppose that wasn't the point of this game. Way too short, not very difficult to win. It could be better. A lot better. But, as far as the idea goes, it's not that bad. Keep it up.
