Variation on the ending: defeat the army regiments and attack the last Desert Patrol platoon before it enters Qubba. Now there are no army, police, or desert patrol. Now you can become a caravan raider, without the hassle ;)
Entertaining enough for two minutes, but I wouldn't have put up with it except for the challenge. I don't like the drag-to-select and color selector controls.
