managed to beat sagaris on normal at level 42 without ascensions with following build/gear: talent, druid 19, occultist 22, I got rapid shot and chaos strike. Prioritize damage reduction talents, like nimbleness and deception. regen aura also helps. Gear wise, I use partnership, green chest armor with 1k life and luminous ward. Hope this helps. I can get brutal sagaris down to 40% with this build/gear.
