Wait, this was originally released in 2015? Is the mobile game "Reigns" just a blatant rip-off of this then? Because I thought it was the other way around, considering how ridiculously similar the games are.
I'm not sure what the implication is supposed to be with those princesses... They seem to be from your kingdom and since you're king they're probably your daughters. I don't think I like the weirdly sexual vibe implied with stuff like "Lady Killer" there.
This is an interesting case study in what it'd be like if Katamari Damacy was developed by someone with no imagination, an awful art direction and something that I'm not even sure could be called sense of humor.
The music and graphics were sadly the best parts of this game. I feel like there was too much running around in there even though it was very handholdy and basically told you exactly what you have to do next. I also didn't like the textdumps at several points in the game. The pointless "enemies" didn't add to the experience either in any way since they weren't threatening in any way, just annoying after getting that invicibility spell before even seeing the first one.
I got to floor 24 where the games asked me if I'm having fun. And I realized that, no, I'm not. It's not that it's too hard. Actually quite the opposite, I feel like the changes were too gradual and there weren't enough variations, making the whole thing kind of boring.
"Grind" is awful. This has nothing to do with being good at puzzles OR platformers, it's just a matter of "will it let you get to the goal or not?"
Edit: "Dive" is also awful for the same reason. That level is more infuriating than ANYTHING in Super Meat Boy.
Hey, this isn't anything like Motherload. Seriously, it isn't.
I got a yacht for about 220000. For that money you'd get a pretty dinky, used one from the 80s in real life.
You could at least write in your description where you got your "inspiration" for this game from. Of course it's blatantly obvious for those who played Zelda II, but people who didn't might wanna know.
I'd suggest switching the difficulty and point values for "Sky Captain" and "Bona-fide Millionaire". If you manage to survive three minutes you WILL have way over a million. Hell, I got that achievement in under one minute.
