@Surkeith15 - if you feel like you arent gaining after this update, the first place to look is DNA -> drop as many gems into as possible and you will get a big jump!
Possibly mentioned before - but if you more than 1 crew, only 1 should latch onto a fish - the 2nd should wait - unless there is a speed bonus for 2 on 1? Seems more logical then for fishing shoals.
I did take some liberties here and allowed focus firing. You are correct though, ideally I'd want the algorithm to latch onto as many fish as possible before focusing. It DOES do this but only under certain conditions. I'll be rewriting this code if I tackle another major version.
Rushing tips: basically just like in the real game - look for the gaps. Bouncing outsite works well as players get close. Also if you start one way go the other... So if you start a rush from the top of the screen, look to move close to the bottom quickly from the snap. Movement is the key
Nope that is intended. People were asking me to put an image of the ore to the name, so I put a name to the image along with the base value. You can toggle it off.
Could we have a manual save button somewhere (Or at least something that counts down to the save time) perhaps on the settings screen? It would be nice to be able to know that the game has just saved before closing the window (or being able to time it close to a save point).
thank you for writing in paulw001! the auto save system that we use is really safe! we have both local saving that saves every 5 seconds and server saving that saves every two minutes and every time we check which one has the bigger progress so as to keep the bigger one :)
Oh hey - updated from 0.1.0(b) to 0.1.0(c) - only change I can obviously see is that the timer bars for Boss monsters is now "about" the same length as hit point bar. Any other changes?
