Click on the main method tab(or the function tab), then when you click a command it automatically adds it to the command list. This way you don't have to manually drag them all.
For level 5 boost, I get Mr. F and do a front wheelie for a while. Then while boost is going, do another wheelie and land just before boost is out. Repeat to get level 5 boost and then race to the end. You should be able to at least get 9th place. Same goes for long air time. Just find a steep hill and jump back repeatedly until you have enough air time.
Gameplay is way too slow, all I do is upgrade and wait for mana to increase, then send in the clowns. There is nothing really to do except something else while mana increases.
I dont know if there is another way to "autofire" but if you hold down one arrow key, like A, and then alt+tab to another window, the A key keeps firing. You can do this with all the arrow keys, set-up a barrage, kill away and rack up the experience without having to keep a constant eye on things.
I agree with others about the camera work. It is annoying to lose sight of the ground every time you jump. Keep the ground on the level and just increase the height so you can see the whole field (if possible).
