Hey there! Guilds are 100% Player derived and maintained, but if you ask in the World Chat I imagine several people would love to have another active Player join them!
Correct. Dealing 328% is the same as saying *plus* 228% damage. The first 100% is their damage without any boosts. For example, without any of the other multiples, let's say you only have the 25% bonus damage. That means you are doing 125% damage, but I prefer to show it as +25% damage.
