ok it is a variation around the dodging game, but the evolution mechanism makes it quite unique imho. I don't see why people complain about meteors, zones to avoid are clearly indicated, it's just a matter of paying attention...
Seems like a GOW inspired experiment... the production quality is actually pretty good but the gameplay is missing the point. Beat them all action games are supposed to be fast paced with tons of hits per second and lots of enemies... not with a main character moving at 2 pixels per second...
excellent realization, graphics, sounds and gameplay. However it gets a bit boring for lack of variety. The enemies are visually varied but don't really offer new challenges, and the ship (crab) upgrades don't really affect the gameplay either...
I can't see why there are so many bad comments about the game. Vertical shooters are not that original, but this one is actually one of the best on Kongregate. Bosses may be a bit unbalanced but at least the game provides a decent challenges.
This control scheme is crap, aiming with the mouse is impractical. Such games should copycat the Llamatron control scheme (all time classic) which is much more effective.
