When I try to buy stock the money is taken from my cash but the shares are not shown where they used to be listed. So, if I try to buy I lose the cash and do not get the stock. Why is this happening/Can you fix this?

Also, since shorting stocks, if I buy shares I cannot see how many shares i bought, the price, and total invested. That part is blank for each stock.
