Our subject is Hideki Tsukuda, a 47 year old astronomer born in The Philippines. He follows Hinduism, an approved religious belief. During The Incident, Hideki Tsukuda was in The Philippines visiting a friend.
We learned some things about Clara Tsukuda, Hideki's sister and suspected terrorist: she is 23, is an architect, is in The Philippines, converted to Buddhism for a friend, and is in a relationship with Vernoika Volkov - which we can use to get to her. A team has been sent to pick Vernoika up for interrogation.
Hideki Tsukuda admitted to killing 11+ people, but claims he has no memory of 10PM - 4AM that day.
Based on our interrogation, we determined that Hideki Tsukuda was recruited by his sister Clara into Buddhist terrorist group 'Four Truths' but became possessed by telepathic aliens and had his memory wiped before being usedfor more sinister purposes in The Incident.
