I think that it should not be possible as a necromancer to inflict yourself with infectious disease. Tried to play as a posion necromancer, instead of usual summon skeletons.. Hit myself once because a pack of mobs made a chain reaction through my skeletons to me... 30 rounds of taking 5 dmg pr turn, you're doomed if you dont have something to remove the disease - My own mistake for sure, but I dont think it should be possible to make that mistake.
