Original and challenging puzzle game with a great sense of humor. 5/5 for sure! I love all the animations. My favorite was the monster in the shirt, dancing. XD (Oh, and I only used the Hint and Clue on level 63.)
Fun and challenging! I love how it combines different puzzles into one game. My goal is to win without looking up walkthroughs or anagram solvers... but so far I'm only on level 28. Must... think... harder... AGH!! MY SYNAPSES!!!
Easy but fun. The two levels that (temporarily) stumped me were the rock-balance, and the one where the 2 owls appear on the 4 sides of the trees. More, please! :)
The "Hard" mode wasn't exactly what I expected. The enemies didn't repair, and were blindly agressive -- to the point of sending most of their units (including their Warmachines) right into my line of Rocket Trucks. However, I like defense-type games, so this was fun. Stealth tanks + Rocket Trucks FTW!
Well, I made it to 80... only to be greeted by ANOTHER 40 levels. It was fun (5/5 for a fun and original game), but it has gotten too repetitive for me to want to play anymore.
To update my previous comment below... I think I was wrong about typing to fast for the gun. However, I do think I was typing too fast for the chambers to refill. Either way, my problem was solved by waiting a little between each word.
@Viatrix - I believe I'm having the same problem with the iron letters not cycling fast. It appears to happen when I type many words at once, and the chambers don't get re-filled until the previous letters have actually been fired. (I limited my chamber to Q, U, I, and Z, and type from a list of 70 words with those 4 letters in them, so that is why I am able to type faster than the gun can fire...)
I played it "normal" until level 30. It was challenging and fun!
After level 30, I gamed it -- I used only q, u, i, z, and a handful of brass and jade letters in the boiler.
Then I typed from a list of about 60 words that contain q, u, i, and z.
So after 30, it was just a type-fest. Still fun, though. ;)
The last level was the only one that was challenging. I enjoyed playing it, and I like the concept!
Hmm... I need to check out the PlayCrafter editor...
W00t! Beat Frantic mode (is there really any other way to play?) and got the top score of the day! (Not even close for the week, though... :P )
Great sequel to a great game. I like the way you are rewarded for scraping enemy bullets and living dangerously. :)
"Special Weapons: Excalibur: beat act 19 with first weapon (lightknife) Axia: max out stats to 99 (replay act 18 over and over) The rest: beat loki (BEATING LOKI: Use the Odin ship with the Excalibur weapon and dodge/shoot until "device overdrive" special is charged. Then abuse Odin's invulnerability to get to 200k chain so you score 50%+ bonus to special when invul wears off. Survive until you can fire special a second time. That last special should get you past him. To unlock Odin, beat lv20. To unlock excalibur, beat lv19 with only the first weapon (not as hard as it sounds with upgrades - if you need easy gold, play lv18 over and over). IF THIS HELPED COPY-PASTE AND KEEP IT ALIVE)
