i agree also that astral items should be permanent, maybe make them a template and charge astral energy to make the item as you descend to the plane but you still have the template behind. that would also prevent a cluttered astral warehouse as you can't have more than one template and could make several items of that template.
Haha, yeah. I kind of ran out of time for the project so it was a little rushed.
I would have liked to throw in a big boss fight or something but perhaps that will come in a future update.
pretty sure he is right elemental its legal as long as he didn't copy the source code, just stupid. why make a copy of a free game? who the heck is gonna pay for it? that said if he uses this copy as a base and develops it out with new features then it would become a different game and you won't have as much ground to even complain. Alot of games start with a copy of a different game and evolve to become something new and maybe even better.
ok why does whoever makes these never make a research thing allowing you to level forests or mountains or use them as an asset somehow? as it stands they may as well be tiles that are simply blanked out. They might even bother me less as water tiles. make a tech that makes them more than an obstacle or there's no need for forests mountains & water tiles. personally i like the idea of certain power plants getting a boost from nearby terrain. coal might get a cost reduction when placed next to mountains for instance, since they can mine some right there. It's not a bad game but unless this is addressed it won't seem all that different from the other reactor idle games.
honestly it has potential but it needs major fixes. population needs to update when you demolish a building that used it or army leaves the town or gets killed allowing more citizens homes. in addition houses need to be impossible to demolish if it would make population negative. beyond that i think the amount of enemies that attack is ridiculous, you'd need like 15 houses just to build enough army to fight them back. hmmmm maybe make army not take up house space, like citizens got trained and moved out so the population regens over time? when the enemy sends 100+ groups of 140+soldiers each you know something is broken ;p
i hate to be that guy but i don't think the insurance thing works right, i got blown up a few times in a row and didn't have enough to buy an actual ship even though i had earned about 4000 latinum in trading beforehand. This happened twice so im out for now.
it appears to have enormous potential but as of now the instructions don't tell you how to enter build mode or exit to move mode. There is nothing more frustrating than being thrust into a game where time is a factor and not being able to respond appropriately because you can't figure out the buttons and no one bothered to write them down.
my biggest recommendation is turn up fall damage. normal mobs shouldn't be able to survive a fall over 15 times as high as they are tall. that's crazy. It would make the wind spell good for more than delaying a few footsoldiers.
my biggest complaint is that even max strength trails don't last long with 10 workers following it. I'd recommend a stronger trail that you can add and remove at will. I know you cant have it too strong or it might never fade.
