So the AI on Easy and Casual will just never use attack cards if I have a spell shield up. At first I thought they were just throwing away expensive attacks to save weapons, but then the AI threw away a bow attack when I had my shield up instead of paying the 1 weapon cost. May want to look into that.
One little quality of life change- moving the upgrade window down like 10 pixels or the skip button up a bit would make it easier to click the skip button while the upgrade page is open.
Very fun game, cool ideas, fun characters.
Other than looking for gear now though I feel like I don't have anywhere to go really, especially since I bought a few chests which cut a lot of that work out as well. It would be really cool to be able to prestige certain crusaders to unlock different abilities that could lead to different styles of play- Money earning upgrades, Click Boosting upgrades, Offline Idle upgrades, Slight jewel chest boosting upgrades, Increased attack priority, decreased attack priority.
Basically make it so that characters have like 18 possible upgrades instead of 7 and you get to choose 5 of them (with the first and last upgrades always being the same).
Hi piety, Thanks for the support! Our current priority is the Idol Shop Talent System, which will add some more elements to the game. Plus we do plan to keep adding new campaigns with different formations and monthly events. I will add your idea to our list of suggestions to consider as well. Stay tuned for more! =)
I love the intention of the game Nerdook, but I know that I among many people would love to play a full scale RPG game made by you with your clever art style and neat mechanics.
How to win every time without even trying: 1. Start as the paladin deck.
2. Take out all the cards but peasants, gold mines, deckers, the parting gift card, and 4 crystal mines. 3. Ignore the enemy as they charge towards your portal, play no units at all unless you need to sacrifice 2 peasants to get the soul requirement for a parting gift. 4. Play a parting gift 5. send peasants out one at a time to get chewed up by the enemy. If they start to near your portal send a few more. Your goal is to have your peasants die. 6. Lol when you win by kamikaze peasants. A FEW MORE CARDS YOU CAN ADD: Dark Merchant, Kamikazee, a second parting gift, reapers bounty, sacred pact, more deckers.
Well done. It really could use more content- but for the length of the game the content was perfect. I would say that it is really too easy for the most part, but perhaps I haven't quite finished it yet
LOVE this game. I wish there was some sort of 1 use per level thing that let you set off one bomb.
When I finished the first level of the gauntlet, I was like "I win!" then I realized that I had only finished the first level
will do :)
